Division education leaders and school heads believe that the “Chada”way is working its magic and is continuously inspiring the entire division to move forward in spite of the pandemic.
In this regard, the Dumaguete City Division is just lucky to have a leader like Dr. Elejorde who has the vision and the dynamic leadership qualities that enable him to introduce new innovative ideas, programs and projects, other than those mandated by the department, for the advancement of the division.
For emphasis, it is safe to say that under the leadership of the present SDS, the Deped SDO of Dumaguete has continuously carried out innovative strategies and activities to support the implementation of the mandated programs and projects of the Department of Education (DepEd).
The Search for the Most Outstanding Program Implementer is part of DepEd RO VII’s Pasidungog Award. This is actually an awards program which aims to encourage, recognize and reward innovative contribution and superior accomplishments that contribute to the efficiency, economy and improvement of government operations that lead to organizational productivity.
The regional awarding was held virtually via MS Teams on July 2, 2021 at San Remegio, Cebu.
